Razón de uso de material con copyright de personas damnificadas:
Dado que, durante el ciclo electoral del 2015, Carrasco Compass se dedica exclusivamente a la generación de cambios en la Argentina por medio de una plataforma de peticiones y, considerando que Carrasco Compass no tiene fines de lucro (efectivamente, no solicita contribuciones financieras) y que las fotografías que Carrasco Compass utiliza son de personas afectadas por el mal uso de agroquímicos, abuso que Carrasco Compass combate, el uso de las imágenes con copyright servirá para realizar el esfuerzo 100% altruista de salvar las vidas de estas mismas personas fotografiadas, y las de otras, de la devastación causada por agrotóxicos, evitando así que éstas permanezcan perdidas en revisteros o en internet.
La mayoría de las imágenes a ser usadas por Carrasco Compass probablemente provengan del contundente documental de Al Jazeera Argentina’s Bad Seeds de marzo de 2013 y del documental fotográfico de The Associated Press Big Picture: Potential Effects of Agrochemicals in Argentina, que fuera publicado en The Boston Globe en octubre del mismo año.

As Carrasco Compass is currently exclusively devoted to enacting change in Argentina through the use of a petition platform during the current – 2015 – election cycle, and whereas Carrasco Compass is entirely non-profit (indeed, it does not solicit financial contributions), and whereas the photographs Carrasco Compass uses are images of people injured by the bad use of agrochemicals, the abuse of which Carrasco Compass is entirely devoted to combatting, it only makes sense the images are put to good use in a 100% altruistic effort – like Carrasco Compass – to save these same people’s lives, and others’ lives, from pesticide destruction, as opposed to sitting on shelves in newspapers or magazines, or stale on the internet.
The majority of images probably to be used by the Carrasco Compass effort come from either Al Jazeera’s forceful – March 2013 – “Argentina’s Bad Seeds” or from The Associated Press’ “Big Picture – Potential effects of agrochemicals in Argentina” , as published in the Boston Globe in October 2013.
We are extremely grateful for these, as scouting for new material had been very painful, to say the least, and the work had already been done by these journalist-pioneers. We wish to pay our humble respects for their excellent and forward-thinking work, eternally.
